The YMCA of the East Bay has an excellent opportunity for an experienced outdoor education administrator, the position of Director for Camp Arroyo. The Camp Arroyo Director reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. This person has responsibility for the outdoor education programs, weekend conference groups, staff and volunteer development, management of budgets, financial development and collaborations with community agencies and school districts. Camp Arroyo is a partnership with The East Bay Regional Park District and the Taylor Family Foundation.
Qualified candidates should possess a relevant BA/BS degree, five to ten years of related experience in youth programs/education, sound fiscal management, staff, volunteer development, collaborations, plus excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
