Description General Overview of the Position-

The position includes managing, evaluating and generating new accounts. The position will report directly to the executive team and will be a member of the senior leadership team. The applicant should thrive in executing and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Increase customer base, market share and revenue in the domestic and international regions.
• Manage and grow existing business development relationships; including OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and resellers.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts.
• Hit target revenue quota (quarterly) as determined by management.
• Actively manage up to 40+ accounts.
• Create and maintain sales report results, forecasts, and activity to senior management.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, including but not limited to collateral generation, tradeshow and account travel, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 10 years of demonstrated success in sales preferred.
• Three years in a telecommunications industry or related field preferred.
• At least three years in a management level position is preferred.
• Aggressive sales attributes including willingness to hunt, farm, and cold call.
• Strong networking background including extensive contacts in the data networking, video streaming, video conferencing, VoIP, or telecommunications industry preferred.
• Experience managing channel, distributor and OEM relationships is required.
• Background with handling capital equipment sales with multi million contracts preferred.
• Ability to handle a complex technical sales process.
• Ability to partner and identify value-add integrators and resellers.
• Must be energetic and proactive in driving revenue, increasing client base, and selling for NCast.
• Demonstrate a results-driven attitude and be committed to creating new business opportunities.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, good communication/presentation skills, and ability to work in a dynamic start up environment.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• The candidate will have the ability to work both out of their home and corporate, but will be required to travel frequently.

Education
• BA/BS in a related field is essential to this position.
