Responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the Food & Beverage Outlets; ANZU Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Mini-Bar. Maintain quality standards and maximize profitability as well as assist in the design and development of division policies, operating budgets, staffing, forecasts and payroll cost together with the Food & Beverage Director. Assist in wine list development and promotion. Must actively focus on training and development of staff to ensure consistency of service and product.

ANZU, the fine dining restaurant located in the elegant Hotel Nikko, features prime aged beef flown in daily from Allen Brothers of Chicago served in tandem with the freshest sushi, prepared under the direction of our Master Sushi Chef. ANZU is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves San Francisco's finest Sunday brunch, broadcast live from Smooth Jazz KKSF 103.7 FM.
