Summary of Duties:

The Director of FP&A will be primarily responsible for financial planning, financial analysis and the overall company budgeting process. This position will report directly to the CFO.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include financial analysis and budgeting/forecasting as well as the development of the models and tools required to efficiently and effectively deliver financial objectives and business insights throughout the StubHub organization. The Direct of FP&A will also be responsible for creating and tracking the Budget, detailing revenue, spending, headcount, balance sheet and cash flow requirements of the Company. This position will also require the assimilation of both financial, accounting and operational information into the key dashboard metrics of the Company and will have a role in defining the operating and financial metrics that the Company implements. The FP&A responsibilities will require direct interactions with all of the direct reports of the CEO in all operating functions of the company.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or CFA a strong plus.
• Minimum of 4-8 years operational finance experience desired.
• Must have managed a FP&A function for a large or fast growth organization
• Experience in investor relations including Board of Director presentations, financial due diligence in both venture capital and M&A, and direct exposure to the IPO process
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills
• Experience with data warehouse and ERP querying and reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the company including senior management and cross functional organizations
• Solid understanding of accounting.
