Description Tibrucio Vasquez Health Center is a premier provider of community-based healthcare in So. Alameda County. We provide high-quality culturally and linguistically appropriate services to diverse and low-income populations through a myriad of clinical, medical, mental health and integrated support services. Our Family Support Services division focuses on intensive case managment and outreach to individuals and families. The Director of Family Support Services provides hands-on leadership for the every day operations of the FSS division. Primary responsibilities include: Monitor activities of major programs; Manage supervisory staff, providing guidance and direction; Administration and monitoring of intra-agency Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs); Develop and maintain relationship with funding sources and other service providers, both internal and external. This is an exciting opportunity for a Master's level LCSW or LMFT with previous experience in a leadership role within a social work or mental health work environment. Proven success in managing and monitoring government (MediCal) and other funded behavioral health services in a non-profit setting required. Desire to work with culturally diverse adult and adolescent populations, and proven team building skills a must. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required. Pay is commensurate based on level of experience. Includes company paid medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D/LTD, and Pension plan.
