General Requirements:
• Faithful attendance and punctuality for shifts and regular staff meetings. Ability to work morning shifts and at least 20 hours a week.
• Attention to detail and organization, and strong ability to accurately report desk issues.
• Great verbal and written communications skills; responsiveness to email and phone calls.
• Experience in quality customer service; a mature and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to learn new things and to work on short-term projects as assigned.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• California Driver's Licenses
Technical Requirements:
• Strong user-level familiarity with Windows computers and file structures.
• Fetch / Secure FX: ftp into transfer.stanford.edu, move files.
• Sending print jobs to networked printers, troubleshoot failed jobs.
• Photoshop: scan documents and film, resize images, color printing, export as various formats.
• Roxio Easy CD Creator / Toast Titanium: burn an audio CD, data CD, video CD, DVD.
