I managed a migration project of 200+ client systems from an HP Open Mail system to an Exchange 2003 server. Gathered and tracked user and system information in order to coordinate with each department regarding their cutover dates and expected outcomes. Responsible for responding to support requests from migrating users including troubleshooting and configuration of various Operating Systems including MS Windows 95/98/2000 and XP Pro in a Novell 4.11 environment.
