Extensive training in a variety of effective modalities and techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy, Sportsmassage, Deep Tissue Work, Swedish, Soft Tissue Release, and more.
Education and experience: 4 semester/1250 hr. massage and bodywork program, and many additional hours of advanced trainings and workshops. I've worked with athletes at the Olympics and Goodwill Games and have a long standing private practice.
