For sale is a DeArmond Pilot Deluxe 4 bass, four stringed bass with an active 3 way preamp and passive pickups. It's in pretty good condition; the input jack is a tad finicky, but other than that, excellent condition. You can get a pretty good range of sounds from it; anything from p/j, and the active preamp can really hone into those tones. Made in Korea (hey, it's better than China or Indonesia, right?)
Anyways, I've priced this to sell. This thing listed at 570 bucks; retailed for about 300-350 (per Harmony central); I'm selling it for waaaaaaay cheaper. I actually traded a nice standard strat for this, but I need cash really quickly to pay some taxes and so I'm selling this for really cheap. I'm a guitar player anyways, so I don't necessarily need a bass.
Don't think it's worth the price? Let's haggle; I'm pretty firm on the price but if you can convince it's worth less, than go for it. It's priced 75% of what eBay auctions START at; almost 50 percent of what it retailed for.
