OBJECTIVE: A challenging position where I can utilize my extensive experience in project management and technical writing, as well as my background in marketing, finance and economics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· As Senior Project Manager at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., facilitated the opening of the company’s New York Service Center, at Metrotech, which services the entire Northeastern U.S.
· While working with other divisions at Schwab and negotiating signoffs, created policies and procedures as well as managed all types of communications—including Policy and Procedure/Operations Manuals, marketing collateral, executive correspondence, training materials and customer service calls—in the capacity of Senior Communications Specialist.
· Each month, resolved and responded, in writing, to at least one hundred customer service issues escalated to the CEO, President or other top executive managers. When promoted, was replaced by three Communications Specialists.
· Excellence In Service Award winner in 1995 for managing the development and content of the Marketing portion Schwab’s Intranet, called IWIN, created to assist field representatives in answering questions, being more responsive to customer needs, providing greater service, and increase productivity by removing the need for call transfer back to the local branches.
· Earned Series 7 Registered Representative license in two weeks with self study course.
· As Executive Assistant to the CEO of eC-T, assisted with all communications, edited content, represented the CEO, handled customer relations issues, managed 12 online stores, processed orders, entered and reconciled accounting, handled human resources/ benefits and answered all incoming calls. Jobs previously handled by four people.
· Performed six month market research project at Kal Kan Foods Inc. in 1987 resulting in the recommendation to management, that was accepted, for the introduction and expansion of super premium pet food lines. Completed project while attending classes full time (in order to graduate within two years) and working at Schwab over 30 hours per week.
