Rivithead.com is seeking a hardworking, part time, self motivated customer service representative. We are a growing online store located in Oakland\Emeryville. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the Goth \ Industrial \ EBM community.
Basic responsibilities include:
Represent Rivithead's culture base
Provide superior customer service to ensure return business
Respond to all customer voice-mail messages and emails within a 24-hour period
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Processing returns
Taking orders
Requirements:
Must have excellent communications skills.
Computer skills are a requirement.
Tolerance for "alternative" cultures is a must.
Knowledge of our products and culture is a plus.
Must have a car or some form of transportation.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Patient, flexible and positive attitude.
Part time, Monday - Friday 20-30 hrs. / week with flexible hours. Some weekends with the
possibility of work from home.
