Westfield Oakridge is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the concierge team in the existing shopping center and to ramp up and manage new and improved concierge services at Westfield Oakridge.

* The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Concierge staff; hiring, orientation and training.
* Will have to actively recruit targeted industries/businesses to find "top of the industry" type candidates to build Westfield Oakridge’s Concierge team.
* Empower and motivate Concierge to create memorable customer experiences and interactions.
* Establish and maintain a strong rapport with retailers, understand sales performance and key trends and communicate pertinent information to management.
* Proactively seek out new ideas to incorporate into the customer enhancement "tool" menu.
* Provide scheduling, time management and payroll coordination.
* Serve as the primary gatherer of measurement data from both retailers and shoppers.
* Maintain communication with local businesses and outside tourism contacts, where applicable.
* Responsible for all aspects of the Westfield Gift Card program. Provide gift card training to retailers and Concierge team as needed.
* Assist the marketing team with projects as needed.
Requirements:
*College degree preferred
*Leadership skills

*Proficient in basic Microsoft Office platform
*Must be flexible and able to work weekends, nights and holidays
