We are seeking motivated individuals to work in our Customer Service Department and support the Sales Team. The ideal candidates must enjoy working with people and have ability to communicate effectively.
The successful Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide support to the Sales Department by answering phone calls, providing information about our products and services and following-up on shipping and delivery status. As a CSR, you will help facilitate the day-to-day sales transactions from our Design Consultants and from our web auto sales. Training will be provided and you will be encouraged to learn more about our products. 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred but not a must.
Desired skills:
-Good organizational skills, excellent phone and written communication skills.
-Must feel comfortable in communicating and interacting with customers online and on the phone.
-Energetic, reliable & self-motivated.
-Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
-Working knowledge of standard office PC programs – basic computer skills
-Education: High School Graduate or higher (some College preferred)

-Experience or knowledge of Interior Design is a plus, but not essential.
