Summary of Duties:
StubHub is hiring Call Center Representatives to answer customer phone calls and email inquires, assist customers when placing orders on the phone, and to manage existing customers accounts.
These positions require past experience in customer service or sales. Customer service or sales for an online company is preferred. It also requires exceptional people skills and the ability to work effectively on the phone as well as interact with customers via email in a team environment.
We are a small, fast-growing company and the call and email volume can be considerable.
Candidates must be able to work in a high-stress environment with time-sensitive pressure and the ability to meet monthly sales quotas. Pleasant demeanor and phone personality are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers in locating tickets and placing orders over the phone.
• Account Management for existing customer base.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding ticket sales.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding order shipments and transaction tracking.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving as needed.
• Work with customers to insure timely delivery of tickets.
• Travel on short notice across the country to sporting events and concerts to handle last-minute ticket fulfillment.
Skills and Abilities Needed:
• Must have experience working in a customer service and/or sales role.
• Must have exceptional follow-through, initiative, and attention to details, as well as problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Must have excellent computer skills, type 50+ WPM and be comfortable working on the Internet.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and grammar).
• Must have outstanding people-skills.
• Must be able to work in high-stress environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
