WorkRite Ergonomics, an industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of ergonomic office furniture, is seeking a highly motivated Custom Solutions Specialist in our Customer Service Department to control custom orders from initial quote to order entry.
Skills Needed:
· Ability to read/interpret product concept/engineering drawings
· Strong technical aptitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superior ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines concurrently
Essential Job Functions:
· Interface with sales staff, engineering and customers to develop solutions to meet custom product requirements
· Analyze engineering drawings and product specifications to determine product pricing, prepare quotes and set manufacturing timelines
· Chair meetings with engineering, customer service, purchasing/planning, accounting and production departments to plan and ensure thorough and accurate processing of custom orders through the system
· Ensure that “mock-up” presentations meet timelines, delivery and set-up expectations
