Job Summary
HomeGain, one of the top 50 companies in the bay area is looking a Customer Relations Specialist to work closely with HomeGain’s most active users – real estate agents. Answer questions via phone and email, navigate agents through product changes, and assist agents with overall functionality of the HomeGain website to maximize their success.
Ideal Candidate
· A person who takes pride in and is committed to providing suburb customer support and service to our agent partners
· Demonstrated friendly, professional “can do” attitude
· Residential real estate background a plus!
· Bachelor’s degree
Duties & Responsibilities
· Respond to Agent inquires via phone and through email
· Train agents with any and all navigational changes
· Run email campaigns
· Maintain data integrity and upkeep of database
· Running queries and reports using Microsoft Access
· Maintenance and development of CS Manual
· Process applications and cancellations
· Research through email, phone and online resources
· Miscellaneous ad hoc projects as needed
· Other administrative projects
· Provide general website tech support to agent partners when needed
Required
· Minimum 2+ years customer service or account management experience, ideally from an Internet company
· Strong problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated proactive service approach
· Self motivated person who works independently and is able to take direction
· Skilled with general Internet navigation
· Strong use of MS Office: Word, Excel and Access & HTML
· Strong administrative skills; proficient typing and data entry
· Proven time management skills, able to work both reactive and proactively to satisfy agent inquiries
