Corporate Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal in our Corporate and Securities Department. You will provide assistance to attorneys in areas such as incorporations, financings, public offerings and mergers/acquisitions. You will also assist private companies with stock and option administration tasks, including acting as transfer agent and maintaining corporate records. You should be familiar with blue sky research, securities filings and Excel. You must be able to work independently as well with the team. This position will be fast-paced with substantial client contact requiring excellent communication skills as well as organizational, problem-solving and prioritization skills. You must have 3-5 years experience in corporate and securities.
