Student Services Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate the daily operations of Enterprise’s Job Referral and Job Readiness training programs serving San Francisco High School Students. Supervise, train, and schedule student services staff. Conduct workshops and student assessments. Work with staff team to improve and adapt curriculum. Oversee and coordinate program outreach. Handle employer complaints and coordinate client follow-up and program evaluation. Coordinate Jr. Caddie program and other special projects.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Program Director

DUTIES:
· Responsible for the daily operations of Enterprise’s Job Referral and Job Readiness training programs including oversight of student membership process and database, student trainings, student assessments, employer communications, and program evaluation. Conduct student workshops, assessments and interviews.
· Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student services staff, student interns and volunteers.
· Work with staff team to develop and implement curriculum for the Job Readiness workshops, adapt curriculum for JobReady contract clients, and evaluate results of trainings.
· Strategize and implement student outreach efforts in coordination with other program staff including mailings, school visits, community events, and presentations.
· Ensure orderly job posting process, coordinating staff to take job orders and maintain the database and job boards. Communicate with employers regarding complaints, feedback, placement, and evaluation. Ensure consistent client follow up.
· Supervise front desk operations including reception duties, data entry, distribution of mail, and general staff support. Provide reception coverage as needed.
· Coordinate Junior Caddie program, student events, and other special projects assigned to student services staff.
· Oversee publication of student newsletter.
· Assist with budget development and oversight and with foundation reporting.
· Collaborate with other youth employment organizations and participate in citywide youth employment initiatives and events.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Min. of BA degree in related field
· 5 years related work experience with youth development
· 2 years in supervisory capacity
· Strong knowledge of youth development principles
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Teaching or workshop facilitation experience
· Experience working with a diverse high school aged population
· Demonstrated team building skills

Salary Range: $32K – $38K
