| We bought a beautiful living room set after seeing one like it on display in a huge model home a little over a year ago. We then were relocated to California, and can only afford a small apartment, which is too small for all the furniture peices. We are selling the chair, which is an oversized chocolate brown microfiber suede chair with decorative, stylish studs along the edges. We paid about $800 for it about a year ago, and it is rarely sat in because we use the couch and loveseat. Very comfortable to sit it, but the best thing is the material, which is the easiest to clean and maintain. The microfiber does not allow anything to seep into it. We do not have pets. If you want an attractive stylish addition to your large living room or sitting room and your colors are neutrals, earthy, or luxurious, you can't do wrong with this chair!
