Under the supervision of the Region Manager, the Center Director will maximize total Center profit growth, visit generation, sales, and staff development. Top center performance requires observation of needs, strategy formulation and execution. Maintain team accountability for all operational standards. Profit and Loss Statement responsibility: sharing, creating cost control strategies and adopting cost models.

We need an individual who can immediately impact our company and who will demonstrate the ability to develop other Directors into successful managers and leaders, marketers, sales people, and role models for children. You will work with a team to manage every aspect of the Center operations, develop staff members, and work to impact children, families and communities and grow with a well-funded, entrepreneurial company.

2 years experience managing operations in a multiple unit retail environment. Bachelor's Degree required. Fierce interest in impacting the education industry strongly preferred.
