Noah's Bagels is looking for a full-time Catering Coordinator to join our new Catering Sales Team. Catering Coordinators must be available to work weekday hours between 6am–4pm and manage all administrative and customer service aspects related to the execution of catering orders from order receipt, order processing, store coordination and follow-up with customer.
Responsibilities:
•Receive and process catering orders from customers via phone and fax
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of catering menu and product to answer questions and suggest additional items
•Delegate orders to specific stores based on their availability and ability to execute catering order
•Follow-up and confirm orders with Delivery Drivers
•Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and thank you letters
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent Customer Service/Phone Skills
• Administrative/Secretarial experience preferred
• 6+ months prior restaurant experience helpful but not required
