Hi All!!! First off I would like to introduce myself and say thanks for looking at my posting. My name is Cheryl and I am getting married on JULY 7, 2007. So not this July but next July. I need a caterer that will prepare lots of good food at an affordable price. The event will be held in Crockett, CA and there will be roughly 125 guests attending. I am hoping to spend no more than $2000 for the entire meal including staff. No beverages or wedding cake will need to be provided as we will have that covered. I would like to have a buffet, as we are not super formal and I think that would work well. I don't have any specific foods in mind, but I don't want anything over the top or too frily. So something yummy such as Chicken, Tri-Tip and maybe some Ribs. I don't know. I have had so many people promise to send me menu's and pricing, but I have yet to see anything. So if you can meet my pricing needs and are able to provide lots of good yummy food, please send me an email with your pricing and menu's. Also please let me know what all is included with the price (i.e. set up/clean up etc.)
