casual yet monogamous -- counter intuitive? - 40

Description i'm looking for a relationship (yes, the "r" word) with one person. whether or not it turns out to be "long term" depends on how long it lasts, right? ;-) F, 40, 5/7, aub/blue, 135, low maintenance, low-to-no drama.

i am NOT looking to be involved with players/swingers/married men, so if you're into multiple partners, no need to reply.

that said, i don't want to be attached at the hip either (full disclosure: i'm also posting this in the casual section). i have a life, you have a life. the frequency with which our lives overlap might be once a week, or whatever seems to fit. (pref for marin or the city)

we're friends and companions adding that little "extra" to each others lives. we get together for dinners (in/out), movies (ditto), hikes, concerts, lectures, museums/galleries, the occassional weekend getaway, etc etc. we have some common interests, and some that are different that we'd like to share with each other.

and --of course-- we share sex, cuddling, massage and all the things that are so great about being intimate with another human being. (fantasies and fetishes tbd). we are caring, present and affectionate, not "keeping it casual" as an excuse to remain emotionally distant. we don't use each other.

some might call this a "fuck buddy," but that sounds crass and frivilous. it could be called dating, but that sounds like it's predisposed to lead towards something more serious. well, perhaps, but why be presumptuous? no need for expectations.

so maybe we don't need to label it: let's simply see if we click and find common ground then take it from there. i have no illusions or expectations about meeting the love of my life via the internet. but i enjoy the random potential of craigslist (did you see the documentary? hysterical.) i trust you have a similarly realistic and healthy attitude.

thoughtful (and grammatically correct) replies with a clear face photo get priority. cut-and-paste responses are easily spotted and will be deleted.

onward through the fog (and hail!)..........
