I would like to thank Bobi and Julie for their assistance in my first lighting study. We had lots of fun and actually produced some good shots that they could use in their portfolios.
They are now too busy with paying gigs to assist me currently.
I'm looking for new talent that is willing to work TFP (time for prints) to assist in my lighting training. I have studied numerous texts and classes, but what I need now is to actually take photographs.
I've recently been through knee surgery and am restricted to working in my own studio for a few weeks. The lighting here is not as good as the commercial studio, but the principles still apply.
Please review my personal website. I am willing to work with inexperienced models that have more patience with someone fiddling with the camera and lights between shots. My goal is to learn how to consistantly generate quality artistic portraits that can provide an income during my retirement years.
Focus is primarily on lighting techniques, but I can address specific poses or outfits that may also work for your portfolio as well. You can chose the outfits, however vibrant colors are more fun to work with. Also costume jewelry/props add flair and interest.
