We're growing because we work creatively, strategically, hard and have fun doing it. We have an opportunity for ad agency experienced Broadcast Traffic Manager in our Oakland office.
Responsibilities include:
Broadcast Traffic
Internal
- Assign job numbers
- Coordinate mtgs.
- route job starts, updates, scripts, and boards internally
- Secure Network clearance
- Distribute clearance reports
- Assign ISCI codes
- Coordinate internal materials for production
- Ship finished materials
External
- Receive creative rotations
- Generate Traffic Instructions based on percentage program or station,
or day part specific rotations
- Coordinate dubbing & shipping with dub house
- Coordinate misc. dubbing & shipping requests
- Coordinate station receipt of billboards and logos
- Point person for station follow-up and inquiries
- Knowledgeable about Network, Cable Syndication, and local
deadlines and policies
- Knowledgeable about station fines
Requires Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years related experience. This is not a Print Traffic related position and we require that your experience be in Broadcast Traffic, preferably in an advertising setting. Ideal candidates will have a good attitude and remain flexible when working under tight deadlines.
