WHO WE ARE
We are one of the largest U.S. providers of in-home non-medical care. Nationwide we have about 6,000 clients being helped by about 8,000 caregivers. This office serves the people of Marin County.
WHAT WE DO
Our employee caregivers provide some or all of the following, depending on client needs: light housekeeping; meal preparation and cleanup; grocery shopping; running errands; medication and appointment reminders; transportation to and from doctors and clinics; coordination with medical services; companionship; help with recreational, social, and exercise activities; respite care; periodic review with client's family or employer; and many related types of assistance.
WHO OUR CLIENTS ARE
Our clients include the elderly and their families and family caregivers, new mothers, and people who are recovering from illness or injury.
WHERE WE WORK
Most of our services are provided in the homes of our clients, including assisted living and retirement communities. We also take clients to their doctor's office, to stores where they shop, and to visit their friends.
WHAT JOBS ARE OPEN NOW
We are not an agency or registry of any kind. Our caregivers are employees of this company. We have several caregiver positions open, with service times from a few hours per week to longer periods. We pay shift differential for caregivers who can work evenings and/or on weekends. Our pay is competitive, and we reward excellence.

Desire and ability to provide high quality care to every client at all times
High standards of personal honesty
Experience in this type of work is a plus
People who will successfully complete our orientation program and any training or refresher that we provide
People who speak English clearly, and understand spoken and written English
Willingness to give permission for random drug and alcohol testing
People who can be bonded, and pass screenings for state and national criminal background, motor vehicle driving record, credit history, and have a verifiable Social Security number
Credible references that we can check
