As our Administrative Specialist based in San Leandro, CA, your primary goals will be to help keep the office humming, support the executive staff, and assist with Information Servicesprojects. Some of your job duties are basic office organization, event planning, assisting with bill reconciliation, and managing phone and web conferencing, to simple computer support, tracking purchases and helping the Executive Administrator with a variety of other tasks. You organize things in your sleep and are fearless when it comes to learning something new. If ten things need attention at once, you will use your keen problem solving skills to prioritize and take initiative on the resolutions. You will be a natural fan of everyone with your great interpersonal skills. In this role you will never be bored, as each day will prove to be challenging in a different way.
