Description Do not waste time today on frivolous nonsense. Nothing can be accomplished by dwelling in the past and holding onto resentments now. Be kind in your thoughts, words, and actions before speaking out. You never know who maybe listening or watching you around the corner.

Everybody knows and sees how you really are. If you were really here the whole time you would have defended yourself. What angers you the most is how
vulnerable you allowed yourself to be. By trusting and reaching out to your higher power you feel like you lost your sense of well-being and not to mention ego. Some have never cared and are only in it for themselves. The ones that matter the most see them, will stop encouraging them, and take a stand too. Unfoldment takes time and energy through processes and developments of a whole not just one individual. Influence is strongest on the outside...

Defamation is looking bright if you lose your job. Remember what goes around comes around, and it finally came around to you. Start with a clean slate and don't throw in the towel just yet. BTW don't let the loud music upset you, your not in control of the insenstivety shown to customers who don't hear very well. The morale of your employees is slipping fast, you know of another who is gonna quit.

Try focusing more on your turn-over-rate as well as your conversion rate. What can you do to help make employees feel more appreciated besides turning down the music. Your power is weak due to circumstances, make up for it in other ways, and work on the ones you need more of. Happy employees/managers are more customer oriented and productive. Complaining to them sure is getting the job done, but not with the pledge. Stop chewing them out and offer solutions rather than just the problem. Why don't you try being less moody and more friendlier, and that goes for everyone. Remember 200 + sales drivers are going out, so it should be getting busy. Goodluck -

Make appointments, continue looking out for yourself, watch your back, and STFU. Nobody cares about it or you personally, just what you have to offer, your hands...
