Business Service Associates – FX Online Trading
GFS Forex & Futures, Inc., is a CFTC registered Futures Commission Merchant and a member of the National Futures Association. To cope with our rapid world-wide expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join us as BUSINESS SERVICE ASSOCIATES. Various openings are available. Candidates fluent in KOREAN and CHINESE urgently required.
Description:
- Special projects including development of customer service technologies, service level standards, legal/compliance, review/audit.
- Participate in system and application support, monitoring; provide technical advice and trouble shooting.
- Problem Resolution Management with focus on wide scale service issues.
- Liaison to business partners and customers.
- Development and implementation of operational controls and reporting.
- Back office operations.
- Customer Service and correspondence.
- Successful candidates will undergo intensive training.

- Shift duty required and willingness to travel.
Requirements:
- College Graduate with at least 2 years work experience
- Basic banking/financial knowledge; experience in foreign exchange or futures is an added advantage.
- Sound technical knowledge in I.T.
- Customer service experience; strong communication and people management skills
- Fluent in English; openings available for fluent Korean and Chinese speaking candidates.
- Self motivated, flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
