* Focused on providing network, server, and application installation as well as desktop support services to businesses in Oregon and Washington. Primary responsibilities includes technical support and guidance in planning, implementation and ongoing operations of LANs and WANs, and implementation of end user computing applications and devices. This also entailed the delivery of custom computer solutions to improve client business operations.
*Supported businesses ranging in size from 1 to 1,000 computer users in the marketing, real estate, insurance, accounting, legal, engineering services, hospitality, and restaurant industries. User applications included MS-Office, Outlook, and Exchange, Groupwise, AutoCAD, GreatPlains, ADP PCPayroll, and a variety of other property management, time tracking, and accounting programs.
*Troubleshot customer issues related to site-to-site connectivity to network infrastructure, server, and workstation printers. This entailed work with Frame Relay WAN, DSL, Cable, and other WAN services and Cisco router equipment. Also, installed, maintained, and provided end user training and support on the operation of network access software such as Windows Terminal Server client, WinVNC, PCAnywhere, and various VPN clients.

*Created and maintained UNIX C-shell scripts to support day to day business operations.
