These are Fiskars Soft Touch (cushion handles) heavy duty cutting , Pinking shears. I bought them for $30.00 on sale from $45.00, wanted to return them, but found out all sales are final. If you are crafty and need a really good pair of pinking shear sissors, please let me know.
