Description The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of patrons using the lake facilities. Assignments include the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, docks, and grounds, assisting and instructing patrons in the safe use of rental boats, tour boat operation, assisting instructors, performing boat rescues, testing renters for sailing competency, and enforcement of lake rules and regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Heavy lifting is required.
Equipment includes: small motorboat, JY 15, El Toro, Sunfish, Laser, Capri 14, Hobie 16, kayak, canoe, pedal boat, dragonboat, whaleboat, and rowboat.

Additional Required Qualifications:
· Basic swimming skills
· Certification in Basic First Aid & CPR (required by start date)
· Positive customer service skills
· Personal Boating Experience
· Basic Sailing Skills or willingness to take the Dingy I Class (offered free of charge)
· Outboard motorboat handling experience
