Billing Representative - Spanish

Job duties include: answering customer emails and phone calls, problem solving and quality control. Must be fluent in Spanish and able to read, write and orally communicate in Spanish.
$15 - $17 /hr (according to experience)
Job requirements:
• Billing and Customer Service experience required
• 2 years Billing/Accounting Experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work hours of 2:30pm to 11:00pm, or 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Days off - Monday and Tuesday, or Tuesday and Wednesday
• Strong communication skills
• 2 years basic computer/Internet experience
• Comfortable with Adult Content
