now that all that's said...here's the deal.this furniture was used in my condo in castro valley california.purchased individually, the cost run up was a bit over $7200.00.
most of my home time was spent out of this particular room and the condition of each piece is excellent to new.i am looking to sell this as a complete ready to use living room.maybe your in need of a remodel..or perhaps you are just moving into a new house and affordability is a concern.i can't see why anyone would go out and search piece by peice when right here in front of your eyes,is a high quality and affordable set.please read on....

1 COFFEE TABLE: 3 drawers with wrought iron hardware
1 FILE CABINET:this has two large drawers and wrought iron hardware.i removed
the filing hardware to convert this item to a storage for guest bedding.
1 WALL MOUNTED MIRRORED HAT RACK:
1 VERY OLD TOMBSTONE MIRROR:found this in an old house.refinished to a nice cherry appearance.circa.1940.original silvering.
2 END TABLES:single drawer with wrought iron hardware.
1 SOFA:black leather,pillow style cushioning.

1 LIGHTWEIGHT ROCKER RECLINER W/OTTOMAN:black leather
2 ART DECCO TABLE LAMPS:these suckers cost me a mint..nicely designed to accent the wood and leather perfectly..copper and what i call a claystone type of base.
1 READING LAMP:free standing, black matte finish.
2 POTS/URNS:these were purchased for lighting.navaho style urns that capture dim candlelight just perfectly.
1 SHOE RACK:
that's the whole nine yards.furniture is in my storage facility and can be made ready for inspection.please, only serious need reply.
