About Our Center
One Taste evokes the feeling of a temple with beautiful art, fabrics,
decorations, and objects, all working together to create an inviting ambiance.
Our 1500+ sq. ft. gallery is decorated with
rotating exhibits from local photographers, and can comfortably accommodate
75 - 125 people.
Our building is an historical 100-year old, 2-story
wood structure that once served as a carriage house, a bakery and a print
shop. In 1999 it was completely restored, seismically upgraded, and transformed
into a model of sustainability. The electricity and hot water are now
provided by 84 solar panels on the roof, and the renovation used only
'green' materials to create a fully non-toxic building. Heat is provided
through radiant tubing in the floors.

a great buffet area.

How many people can the space hold?
The maximum capacity for a private function is 125 people for a reception
or 75 people seated at tables.

What types of events are welcome?
We welcome a wide range of events, including photography shows, dance,
meditation, yoga, massage, raw foods workshops, lectures, discussions,
classes, sessions, private parties, burlesque shows, soirees, and more.
Please Note:
- Smoking is not permitted in the Center at
any time.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed
on the Center premises.
