Normandin Chrysler Jeep, a Five Star auto dealer in San Jose, is looking for a bright and motivated individual to serve as our Parts and Service Cashier and Accounts Receivable clerk.
Duties include: Preparing daily deposits, invoicing service repair orders and providing customer service to parts and service customers, preparing monthly receivable statements and reconciling receivable accounts, and collection of returned checks/unpaid balances.
Skills: Working knowledge of the Reynolds & Reynolds computer system, general office experience including knowledge of basic accounting (ie, debits vs credits), good customer relation skills.
