Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Act as liaison between Community Manager, the community, staff and residents;
·Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends;
·Assist with leasing and training of leasing team.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have the following skills:
·Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively;
·Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with change constructively; ·Minimum of two years leasing/sales experience preferred;
·Minimum of two years property management experience preferred;
·Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet;
·Experience with AMSI, Rent Roll, and/or MRI is helpful.
