Description This is a Full-time position. Asst. Community Mgr will assist the Community Manager in the overall responsibilities of the day-to-day operation of the housing complexes. Responsibilities include interacting with residents (rent collection, resident renewal, lease administration, etc.) as well as processing invoices, rental payments, performing various secretarial and bookkeeping tasks as well as leasing apartments and customer service Must have Microsoft Office software experience (Word and Excel) and have excellent customer service, sales and organizational skills, as well as team player and positive personality. Experience in property management, computer/ data input and general offices are preferred but will train.
