I create display/brochure Floorplans and Site Maps for Home Builders, Marketing Agencies, etc. I use Adobe Illustrator and have been doing this work for two years. I accept blueprints in any electronic file format I can open (PDF preferred), or clean hardcopy tabloid size or smaller. I can provide finished work as Illustrator files from version 8 to CS2 (created on Mac) or PDF files. Files can be sent via e-mail, my FTP site or Fax.
Although I'm located in the S.F. Bay area, I accept jobs from anywhere.
My pricing is:
Black and White Single Residence Floorplans: $195.00 per plan, $25.00 per option, first
revisions N/C, additional revisions $45.00 per hour.
Black and White Plot Maps: $175.00 base (up to 100 lots), $50.00 additional
100 plots or fraction thereof, first revisions N/C, additional revisions
$45.00 per hour.
