The ideal candidate has a successful track record supervising affordable housing communities as well as conventional communities and will have extensive Tax Credit experience. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Rent Roll 2000 software a plus. We are growing and want to hire quality individuals that share our reputation for excellence. *Tax Credit Experience

*Mulit-site and/or experience with 400+ unit communities
