Introduction to The Angel Program
Investor Angels are matched with credit-worthy homebuyers who dont have enough cash for a down payment, but can afford a monthly mortgage payment. Investors provide a down payment (from savings, investments, home equity, self-directed IRAs, etc) in exchange for a share in the appreciation of the property.
