  • to ensure a quick turnaround time.
  • Responsible for all duties include review and submission of loan packages, collect funding and underwriting conditions, troubleshooting files, etc.

  • Managing a pipeline Reviewing and evaluating loan documentation for its completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate the status of loan applications to all appropriate parties, including brokers, loan origination personnel, escrow holders, underwriters, funders and the like.
  • Assist sales account representatives with the day-to-day operation of the Department.
  • Sales research, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Provides prompt, courteous internal and external customer service in a Professional manner.
  • Collect, maintain, accurately prepare and processes loan documentation
