Description The BRS Group is a medium-sized marketing research agency based in San Rafael, Marin County. We design and conduct research for our clients, interviewing consumers and business people both here in the U.S. and internationally.

We employ 21 people across the U.S. and 16 of them work in our office in San Rafael. We already have a great Office Administrator, and we are looking for someone to support her as a full-time position.

The perfect person for this position will already have some experience working in an office and they will be adept at standard Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. They will also be comfortable with using the Internet (an increasing amount of our business is done online). We use Macintosh computers primarily.

This is a regular 5-day a week position, although some flexibility in time is required as we sometimes work longer than usual hours. No travel is expected.

There are two aspects to this work: the main task is supporting general office administration and we estimate this will take around 70% of the person’s time, but there is a secondary task of helping administer some of our online research (helping to recruit research participants as well as following people up by telephone or email who have already agreed to help us with a project) and depending on the flow of work, this will take approximately 30% of the person’s time.

This position will pay going rates for good support/administration people in the North Bay. BRS offers an excellent package of company benefits, including health and dental care and after a suitable vesting period, 401K and profit sharing scheme.
