Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Title Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Category Health & Medical : Nutrition
Created 03/15/06
Description I am looking for a job in the South Bay that will keep me busy, on my toes, and challenged.
Can work part-time or full time, some weekends, and occasional evenings are not a problem.

I have over three years experience working in a managerial position in customer service. My primary responsibilities included opening and closing the business daily, handling customer complaints and inquires, organizing catering for business clients, handling bank deposits, data entry, light filing, answering phones/sending faxes, completing invoices, maintaining store system, delegating work to the rest of the staff. I also have experience as a caretaker for sick or elderly clients. This position entailed nutrition and meal planning, maintaining living conditions, incidental transportation, medication/doctor coordination, assistance with household activities, office work.

I am very compassionate, patient, warm, and am comfortable working one-on-one with clients. I am a very friendly, organized, responsible individual who loves to multitask and work hard. I love having lists of things to do throughout the day, and cannot sleep at night unless I feel accomplished! I enjoy having busy days with lots of tasks to accomplish because they help to keep me on my feet, challenged, and constantly moving.

I am currently a Nursing major, working towards my BS in Nursing with focus on geriatrics. I would prefer a position in the medical field, but am flexible and open for other possibilities.

I am attached a brief summary of my resume at the end of this posting. If you would like the full copy or MS Word (doc) version please contact me at beylah@gmail.com and I e-mail or fax it to you in a timely manner.

If you would like to contact me you may do either via e-mail at beylah@gmail.com or at 408-718-6274. The best times to reach me are mornings and afternoons.

Thank you for your time!
