Assist Office Administrator with:
Correspondence
Filing
Planning Office Events
Recruiting
Special Projects
General Administrative Support to office
Library Maintenance
Reception Relief
Copying and faxing
Office Maintenance (coordination with building management)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years consecutive office experience (one position) or BS/BA degree
Professional oral and written communication skills
Typing 50 wpm
Computer skills with word-processing and e-mail experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Positive and willing attitude
Working knowledge of Spanish a plus
