The Alameda County Fair Association is located at 4501 Pleasanton Avenue, Pleasanton, California. The Alameda County Fairgrounds is home to the annual Alameda County Fair. The Fairgrounds is also home to such shows as the GoodGuys Car Shows, Harvest Festivals, Home and Garden Shows and Annual RV Manufacturers Show and Sale. The Alameda County Fair is governed by a Board of Directors and Managed by a CEO.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Administrative Assistant PT approximately 25 plus hours per week. Schedule would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10a.m. to 2p.m. except during fair when position would be required to work full time.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Greets visitors
· Answer multilane phones and route as appropriate
· Process RV camping reservations
· Distribute mail
· Assist front office duties
· Filing
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good computer and customer service skills
