Due to customer acquisition we are looking to hire Account Managers that want to work in a challenging and dynamic startup environment. Prior recruiting, customer service or project management experience is a plus but the most important criteria are the desire to be part of a business where your commitment, dedication and intelligence can be leveraged to create customer happiness.
We are currently seeking an Account Support associate to assist in Account Managers in the day to day support of Gravity’s most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of real world business experience interacting with existing or potential customers. This is a growth position designed to attract highly motivated individuals that possess strong attention to detail
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
• Track and manage the scheduling process for candidates with high value accounts
• Compile, cleanse and manage confidential candidate data
• Work closely with the Gravity team to provide operational support
• Research projects focused on identifying candidates for new jobs
• Interface with high level clients and candidates in a support capacity
