These programs are designed to prepare a student/practitioner to deepen their understanding of the human body. Through exploring the emotions and signals our bodies provide, we can better care for ourselves. This training is based on elemental theory (ether, air, fire, water & earth.) This practice of medicine, has proven itself throughout India, China, & Tibet as a user friendly approach to balanced health. You will learn the spiritual philosophy, diagnostic tools (tongue, face, pulse), body functions according to ayurveda, whole food nutrition, aromatherapy, herbal preparations, bodywork and treatments. Yoga is 1 of 7 modalities that make up the system of ayureveda. Imagine how much more there is to yoga , when you have the knowledge of ayurveda.
