I have an '03 EX, 4WD, Automatic, color is Galapagos Green, extra's include rubber floor mats, roof racks (flat bars), xm radio (small unit installed in glove box), extended warranty, receiver hitch (it has been used to trailer a small off-road motorcycle bike+trailer = 450 lbs. I can pick up the trailer tongue and maneuver the whole thing around to hook it up.= car has NEVER pulled anything larger than this). I put new Pirrelli tires on about 8k miles ago, these tires cost a bit more but I read reviews and it sounded like these were the best. I've heard they are the same tires that come stock on a BMW X3, they have definitely improved the "grip" of the vehicle in wet conditions. Plus this car has all the other goodies most of us expect in a newish vehicle (ABS, elctric windows etc. etc.).
Here's the catch: the vehicle has paint scratches on the driver's side doors. The pictures don't show it well, but believe me they are there. A piece of lightweight corrugated tin in my yard blew over in the wind and scratched both doors on the driver side. The scratches are a bit too deep to polish out. The scratches are akin to multiple key marks. Due to these scratches I am asking below blue book price for this otherwise excellent car.
The car has been great, and in perfect mechanical and interior condition. I am the second owner. I bought it on craigslist in Fall of '04, but don't use it enough to justify keeping it. The Element is a very utilitarian vehicle, very large considering its footprint size, and drives wonderfully.

I am able to show it on Monday’s, Wednesday afternoons, and of course on weekends.
