Marilena , Camilla and Cinzia houses: Marilena is in the center of the village and allows people to avoid to rent any car:it has one bedroom with sat-tv,modern shower,living room with sofabed for sleep 2 people and sat-tv, modern very fully equipped kitchen and balcony:shops, beach,ferries,restaurants,old port from 7 meters to 50 meters by feet.Train station 300 meters.Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi only 70 meters.
The second one Camilla is located 2,5 km far from the center ,has one bedroom with tv-sat,modern toilette with shower,living room with 2 sofabeds for 4 sleep people,modern very equipped kitchen and besides private garage in the center of the town 20 meters from the lake
The third Cinzia is in the same little residence (only 6 apartments) of camilla house, on the same floor, has same lakeview, same parking spot close the house and it has one bedroom for 2 people, one wide livingroom with kitchen area and a sofa bed for 2 people, satellit-tv.
All the three apartements have washmaschine,dishwashmaschine,microwave ecc) and have own heating in winter. Weekly rent from sutarday to sutarday (only if possible minimum stay of 3-4 days)
Prices: from Euro 400-650 all included (towels,sheets,but no heating :this last thing on consumption basis )
